Terms of use
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
This site is the property of Nadine Bernard, who publishes it in a personal, voluntary capacity to coordinate the worldwide human chain of September 20, 2026 and the film "Le Souffle du Monde". Passeurs de paix is not yet a registered association: one is planned to carry future editions of the event, and the rights and obligations under these terms may be transferred to it once it is created. By accessing the site or submitting any of its forms, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Capacity
To submit a form, you must be old enough in your country to consent on your own to the processing of your data. Minors take part in local actions under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Local actions and responsibility
Registering a rendez-vous point or joining one is a personal, voluntary commitment. Each organiser remains solely responsible for their local action and for complying with applicable laws: permits, declarations of public gatherings, participant safety. The site owner neither directs nor supervises independent local initiatives.
4. Forms and moderation
The information you submit must be accurate and up to date. You may not register someone else without their consent. Submissions are reviewed before publication: the site owner may refuse or remove any content, in particular if it is inaccurate, unlawful or contrary to the spirit of the movement.
5. Video contributions and image rights
By submitting footage, you warrant that you own the rights to it, that you obtained the consent of identifiable persons (including image releases for close-ups) and that you complied with drone regulations where applicable. In line with the consents given in the form, you grant Nadine Bernard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence — transferable to the planned association — to use the footage in the film and its communications. Credit is given if you chose it.
6. Acceptable use
The movement is peaceful, non-political and non-religious. It is forbidden to publish unlawful, hateful or misleading content, to disrupt the operation of the site, to probe its security or to extract its data in an automated way.
7. Intellectual property
The site, the film, the texts, visuals, logos and trademarks remain the property of Nadine Bernard or their respective owners. You are granted a personal, non-commercial right to browse them. Any other reuse requires prior written permission — except for your own contributions.
8. Personal data
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available from the footer. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion) at any time via the contact address.
9. Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, nor for local actions organised by participants. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
The site owner may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with its update date; using the site after publication constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
12. Contact
